· I understand that any advice, opinions, or requests pertaining to medical, legal, tax, investment, or matters which require specialized licensure or certification are unable to be answered or addressed by Ask for Advice, LLC. I understand that I will forfeit my right to a refund if I enter a submission pertaining to these matters.
· I understand that I will receive a 1-time response by submitting a 1-time payment and that I am not entering into a therapeutic relationship or agreement with Ask for Advice, LLC.
· I understand that the advice I receive is not considered counseling or therapy.
· I understand that the advice I receive may be less than favorable, however, it is honest feedback from the responder.

· I understand that Ask for Advice, LLC is not a faith-based organization, however, at times, the responder may make references to Christian faith and beliefs.

· I understand that I have the personal liberty to decide whether or not to adhere to the advice given.

· I understand that the responder is not liable for the outcome of any final decisions that are made.

· I understand that Ask for Advice, LLC provides advice and that as an adult, I have the ability to make my own decisions independent of any feedback received.

*I understand that Ask for Advice will make every effort to provide timely responses by adhering to the calendar, however, at times, this may not be possible due to emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances (ex. natural disasters, power outages, etc).
